Husband or another child?

My husband and I have been together for a really long time. Like billions of other people, we had the assumption that we would get married and have 2 or 3 kids. So we got married and had a child, but then as things go he left. He's since returned but now says he doesn't want anymore children. We've had 2 unplanned pregnancies which sadly ended in miscarriages. Both times he's been angry it's happened and blamed me. As you might think our once happy marriage hasn't been the same since he's returned. I'm 39 and really want another child and want my LO to have a sibling. I'm just so torn to what to do. I feel like he's changed the plans and just expects me to accept it. I find it unfair that I have to choose, husband or another child.
