Is there anything that we can do in the meantime?

I'm looking for some advice. My partner and I have full custody of his daughter and she goes to her mother[U 0091]s house every second weekend however lately she's been stating that she does not want to go any more and she does not want to see her or anyone from her family. There are court orders in place however the mother has written that if she does not want to go all she has to do is ask but every time she asks the mother says no she has to go. It's getting to a point where she is now rebelling and threatening to run away when we have to take her to the handover point. We are in the process of taking it back to court but it is a lengthy process. I know why she doesn't want to go and her reasons are justifiable although I will not share them but is there anything that we can do in the meantime before it's taken back to court? Has anyone else gone through this before?
