This 2 Hour Speed & Agility clinic is tailored to young athletes aged 9 to 16 years old. It will cover the fundamentals of speed, motor coordination, reactability, muscle endurance, and agility. Our focus is to teach technical skills to youth, to provide future progression and greater opportunities for them to excel in their chosen sport.
